I'm Hengyu Liu, an assistant professor at Aalborg University, working on trustworthy AI for spatio-temporal data and agentic AI. Papers, teaching, and the other formal academic things live over at hengyuliu.com.
Three things live here: Vibe-coded products that turn ideas in my head into something real and usable, smaller-than-a-paper thoughts worth writing down anyway, and tools that solve actual everyday needs. Shared in the hope it helps anyone running into similar needs.
Building
Mostly Vibe-coded products built to solve real needs in my own day-to-day: AgentHub for managing personal agents, Pixport for visa-compliant photos, KO Network for capturing knowledge across working sessions. A few double as research instruments, but the bar isn't product-market fit — it's whether I'll still be using it in a month.
Writing
Notes that wouldn't earn a paper but are worth writing down: observations, half-formed ideas, and field reports from real working sessions. Often promoted from Knowledge Objects (KOs) I created while figuring something out. Less polished than papers, more rigorous than tweets.
